Who We Serve
Control System Integrators Association
CSE offers the capability to perform an integrated management system (IMS) audit in conjunction with your CSIA audit, streamlining the assessment process and reducing the burden on your organization. Our experienced and certified auditors can evaluate your compliance not only with the Control System Integrators Association (CSIA) Best Practices and Benchmarks but also with internationally recognized standards, including:
- ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) – Ensuring consistent product and service quality, process effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems) – Assessing your organization’s ability to manage environmental responsibilities in a systematic and sustainable manner.
- ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) – Verifying your processes to provide safe and healthy workplaces, reduce workplace risks, and enhance employee well-being.
By performing an integrated audit, CSE helps you eliminate duplicate efforts, minimize disruptions, and align your management systems under a unified framework. This approach supports continual improvement and provides greater value by identifying synergies, inefficiencies, and opportunities across multiple systems.

American Petroleum Institute
CSE supports organizations through two key programs administered by the American Petroleum Institute (API): the API Monogram Licensing Program and the API Quality Registrar (APIQR) Program. These programs are widely recognized throughout the oil and gas industry and play a critical role in demonstrating product integrity and management system compliance.
- API Monogram Licensing Program – This is a product certification program that authorizes manufacturers to apply the API Monogram to equipment that meets specific API product specifications (e.g., API 6A, 6D, 16A). To obtain a license, manufacturers must implement a quality management system that conforms to API Spec Q1 and pass a facility audit conducted by an API-approved auditor. The Monogram mark signifies that a product has been manufactured under a controlled process, meets technical requirements, and can be traced to a licensed facility.
- API Quality Registrar (APIQR) Program – This program certifies an organization’s quality management system to API Spec Q1 or Q2. APIQR registrars are authorized by API to perform system-level audits in accordance with ISO/IEC 17021. Certification through APIQR confirms that an organization meets API’s quality standards and is committed to continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
By participating in these programs, organizations demonstrate conformance to globally recognized standards for quality, safety, and reliability. As an experienced API-approved auditor, CSE conducts both Monogram licensing audits and APIQR system certification audits, helping clients maintain compliance, achieve certification, and strengthen credibility in the global oil and gas supply chain.
